• Research and identify innovative procurement solutions across the organization that can be implemented within a specific category of spend with our team in 3 business units.• Recommended innovative alternatives to increase revenue and save costs, e.g. (we replaced the disposable meals packing materials with reusable lunch boxes for resident doctors and nurses which reduce the cost by about 33%). • Unified all Medical and non-medical prints for the 3 business units of Egypt which benefited us through reducing the cost by about 25% and gave us a better payment terms with an periodically stock in supplier stores.• Manage all the general supplies procurement, contracting, operating procedures and stakeholders and team members in all Egyptian business units.• Making long time deals with our main suppliers centrally to get best & same prices and delivery time-in 3 business units- was one of our main roles and the most effective.

• We Establish it as a major co-working space at Sohag government that serve mainly medical workers and Companies.• We educated our region people about the working space role in their working progress.• By the End of 2021 we got more than 5500 customers on the database about 10% of them are loyal customers.• We hit the breakeven point with an acceptable fixed profit monthly in 18 Months and then start to expand vertically.• Put 3 successful Business Development plans and strategies for a working space and this achieve an obvious increase in profits. One of them was focused on internships and educate our loyal student customer practically, so we could launch a full operation team of interns which decrease the costs and improve the brand name.• We formed partnerships and served local & international NGOs and companies (e.g. Amideast – Athar – Bee & GIZ).

• Responsible for Managing all the main pharmacy department warehouses with more than 36 Pharmacist, 10 employers and 4 porters.• Establish a Computerizing method for the 4 warehouses to be connected with purchasers and managers.• Design smooth working cycle for receiving orders that require traveling to Cairo which was a tough problem for years.• Establish an Antimicrobial stewardship program in the ICU department based on the Pharmaceutical Care Initiative of the EDA courses and encourage this by restricting antimicrobial disbursement from warehouses to the ICU pharmacy.

• At First worked as a warehouse pharmacist and within 6 months I had promoted due to our efforts.• After exactly 1 year of hiring and parallel with establishing UPA, due to our efforts, I had been promoted again to be the warehouse executive manager.
