As Schub’s CISO, my challenge is to build a secure and compliant organization that enables our team to minimize the business impact. We try to be one step ahead of threats and defuse potential risks before they become actual incidents for us or our clients.

I was responsible for implementing security and compliance practices at a young, cutting-edge company focusing on DevOps delivery to drive those practices for Flugel and its clients. Also responsible for supporting certification processes or audits such as SOC2, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRamp, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001

My responsibilities include leading the definition of the necessary standards for the government of IT and development. Multiple solution architects, application developers, IT staff, and product managers need to be coordinated regardless of business strategy and TCO. As part of my role, I must build consensus in several areas, according to standards such as HIPAA, TOGAF, ITIL, SCRUM, and Design Thinking.My team also leads PoC not only because of the associated technology but also because of the feasibility, cost, and effort to bring new paradigms to fruition and lead IT and Development towards upcoming trends, thus reducing time to market and increasing general efficiency.During the COVID-19 pandemic, my team worked to implement solutions to support the vaccine trials with different US Pharmaceutics.
