Created standard templates for Test Plans, Test Cards, Test Reports and Quicklook reports. Implemented industry standard processes such as FRR’s, pre-flight briefs, formal debriefs and documentation of pilot response real time during test flights.• Drafted test plans and test cards for Red 6 and Boeing demonstration. Supporting the integration of Red 6 Advanced Tactical Augmented Reality System (ATARS) into an A-6 military trainer aircraft. The successful demonstration resulted in a continued relationship with Boeing for future integration efforts. The test cards were used as template for future test planning and joint ventures including test efforts with AFFTC TPS school training on ATARS.• Proposed and spear headed effort to establish verification statements for over 300 requirements, thus starting early test planning and verification for the company’s latest product. • Flown multiple test missions as FTE, documenting flight test results, engaging with pilot and setting test pace in order to ensure all test points, datum and pilot feedback were captured during the test flight.

Field Systems Engineer – Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT)As field systems engineer was responsible for planning and overseeing as Test Conductor all field testing across all products for Epirus. Established industry best practices as part of field test such as, test readiness reviews, flight briefs/debriefs. Created a formal test plan template to include and define clear test objectives, measures of performance, evaluation criteria and established the use of test cards. This resulted with test activities being better aligned to stakeholder needs.• Developed “waypoint” creator to generate GPS coordinates and altitude for a series flight patterns that I personally created. • Drafted 1st deliverable test plan for Epirus resulting in 50K of revenue and established test plan template for all future testing.• Worked across multiple disciplines to develop the System Level test planning format for Epirus’s developmental High-Powered Microwave (HPM) Directed Energy Weapon System (DEWS). As Department of Defense engineer, supported military contractors on-board flight test, design reviews in addition to coordinating test plan and safety reviews, ensuring the timely execution and technical accuracy of C-17 test efforts. • Planned, executed, and presented detailed results on C-17 aircraft follow-on testing while serving as lead government project engineer.• Executed on-board flight testing, tracking real-time telemetry data.
