• Oversee the management of operational and production issues to ensure appropriate priority and sense of urgency are applied to simplify and enhance the customer experience.• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all organizations across Charter Communications, as well as with suppliers interacting with Charter.• Plan for future operations of the department, with emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness, in meeting the needs of both internal and external customers, statutory and regulatory compliance.• Coordinate efforts and activities with various other administrative support teams, including P2P, Contracts, SIPM, JDE and Capital Accounting in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues.• Provide direction and overall responsibility for completion of key projects supporting P2P and Contract Management Solutions. • Track and recommend changes to project plans and/or resources as needed; gathering stakeholder requirements and identifying potential solutions for evaluation and testing; ensuring effective communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, risk and resources of the work effort being managed; communicating and working with internal P2P and Contracts support and internal IT to resolve system, data related and/or workflow issues.• Assesse current and future needs for opportunity assessments. Evaluate and manages technical changes required to accommodate future requirements/changes in the business process.• Assist with all aspects of an upstream deployment including process configuration, documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, user interface configuration, external system integration (if required), user and supplier set-up, training and project management.• Develops and lead supplier enablement team for successful and efficient buyer and supplier interactions.

• Actively involved in writing business case and Business Requirement Document (BRD) in inception phase to get required funding for the project.• Manage scope, perform Risk analysis and Gap analysis of "As Is and To Be" requirements.• Define and elicitate functional and non-functional requirements by facilitating JAD sessions with end users,SMEs, business owners and development team.• Document requirements in the form of user stories/use cases based on SDLC methodology followed in the project along with the design details.•Create data models, requirements traceability matrix, burndown charts, and reports.•Work with user center design (UCD) and web design team for user interface design.•Collaborate with development team at onsite and offshore during development phase. Work with testing team for user acceptance testing.•Manage change requests, enhancements and requirements pipeline.
