(ADR): Italian fixed-base operator of Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport (in Greater Rome) and Rome Ciampino Airport, member of Mundys Group (6,9 bil. € Operating Revenues, 3,8 bil. € EBITDA), directly leading a team of 3 professionals.Main responsibilities:• Analyse application of maintenance strategies and ensure optimal mix for every line.• Identificate and develop improvement projects for maximizing operating time of assets, using RAM Analisys, FMECA, Breakdown Analisys and Root Cause Analisys.• Support commissioning operations for new assets.• Define contractual standards between company and external suppliers.• Support for managing spare parts warehouses, in order to optimize stocks level.

Responsible for implementation of corporate standard to run globally the continuous improvement: Global Manufacturing Fundamentals (GMF) in the plant, coordinating 8 different Plant Network Leaders (PNLs). Main responsibilities: • Ensure GMF scorecard completion before the end of the assessment period. • Ensure PNLs are addressing the gaps to 100% compliance, including capital, significant expense, manning and regional assistance required, and include on documented action plans for reporting. • Review with PNLs actions to ensure action completion, with evidence supplied. • Ensure that PNLs and other leaders have new objectives built within their performance connection to advance GMF compliance and engagement at all levels.

Maintenance budget and strategy, upgrade investments and CapEx, spare parts warehouse, energy and water consumptions management, directly leading a team of 6 specialists and clerks. Main responsibilities: • Responsibility for annual maintenance budget (1.4 mio €).• Management of upgrade investments and CapEx starting from loss analisys, lack of compliance with law or company requirements; business cases preparation and presentation, responsibility for project implementation.• Responsibilty for maintenance strategy for entire productive plant (including utilities).• Coordination of maintenance and utilities external suppliers (including rapport with tri-gen cogeneration system provider).• Responsibility for spare parts warehouse, reducing 10% per year of SP total value.
