In this role I manage about 50 people organized in 6 units working on projects and processes from IT data layer to B2B. In the complexity of hundreds of IT Projects a years I try to use my best soft skills (systems thinking, good communication attitude, good knowledge management) to better my company, to make all people work better, to align IT to business needs.

I managed IT PMO for 1 year and half with the responsibility of the program (made by 15 large-projects) of “one IT department”, ended successfully in the middle of 2010 (110 FTE/program)

Since September 1998 to March 2000 I have worked in Pirelli Cavi e sistemi Quality Department (www.pirelli.it ) managing high and medium voltage accessories and power cables market. My most important activities have beenConceptual project and implementation in different factories of ERP software (developed in collaboration with IT department).Clients claims management and all benchmark activities of Power cables Division.Management, as team-leader, of workshop in different factories. These activities have had the goal of reorganizing many factory department and informative flows.Statistic analysis about either quality product parameters or cost and efficiency ones.

Since February, 1996 I have been the Quality Assurance Manager of Salvas Sub S.p.a., which is one of the leading producers of diving equipment in the world. I have projected a quality system in conformity with ISO 9002 norms through workshop groups with the other company departments.Since May, 1996 I have been Project manager for the development of new products. I have been involved with the application of the main international norms on the products: CE mark, DIN norms, UNI norms, ANSI norms and CEN norms.Since June, 1996 I have been also Laboratory Manager. In collaboration with Top Management I have projected and run an articulated company-rating system (using management by metrics techniques) since September, 1996.
