My responsibilities at PfC include:- Co-founded the organization and developed its organizational strategy, with a focus on needs assessments, organizational growth and development- Wrote successful project proposals and concept notes (European Commission, IOM, NCPE, ESRC amongst others)- Developed significant project and strategic partnerships nationally and internationally - Managed projects throughout their cycle – from concept notes and funding applications to implementation and reporting, of between £5,000 and and £200,000.
