CurrentProvide exceptional world class service to all customers to ensure future growth for the account and companyKey player for a team that grossed $70+mil in revenue for 2013 and $97mil for 2014.Assist with pre and post-sales support – this includes providing product information, pricing options based on state contracts, order processing, delivery (physical or electronic) and invoicingWork directly both purchasing and accounting departments to ensure that orders are being processed and invoiced correctlyOrganize contacts and accounts as well as create new prospects and accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Established and maintain a strong relationship with each Account Executive I support (7 in total) Manage annual subscriptions and maintenance renewals using SHI’s PRO system – this ensures that my customers are provided a renewal quote 90 days prior to expirationCoordinate supply chain logistics between internal SHI teams and SHI partners/distributorsAttend product/manufacturer training when available to keep my knowledge current
