CurrentTrainee Hiring:Managing a team of 9 Recruiters and 1 Lead, responsible for all fresher hiring and related activities for the eastern region – 12 states and one union territory in India to fulfil all the Trainee requirements across disciplines such as Science, Engineering, Management, Chartered & Cost Accountants, Economics & Statistics, Content Writers, Legal, UI & UX Designers, Commerce, to name a few.Visit all colleges campuses for trainee selection across 12 states in the eastern and north-eastern region, thereby contributing about 20% of the total Trainee intake for TCS India.Plan and strategize large recruitment drives to meet to the rising appetite of Trainees in the organization, with interviews huge numbers like 15K MoM.Lateral & Leadership Hiring:Managing a team of 18 Recruiters and 1 Lead responsible for external hiring for 5 branches, namely, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Jamshedpur and Guwahati.Contributed in the net headcount addition of the branches from 49k in FY'23 to 51k in FY'24.Successfully contributed to the headcount addition of over 300 lateral joiners MoM, for which over 1000 candidates are scheduled for interviewed MoM.Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and fulfill positions with at least 85% match to the requirement.Onboarding & Induction:Managing a team of 4 members and 1 Lead responsible for onboarding and inducting candidates across 5 branches, namely, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Jamshedpur and Guwahati with a joiner count of 200+ WoW.Background Verification:Managing a team of 2 members and 1 Lead responsible for background verification of all offered candidates due to join in 5 branches, namely, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Jamshedpur and Guwahati with a candidate count of 75+ WoW.
