Key Responsibilities:• Driving new revenue focused campaigns with diff. market leaders • Growing the Prepaid Universe thru Sponsored banking offers• Driving App download / Pre-embeds*• Payment page associations (Wallet integrations)• Managing customer rewards vertical for all traditional sales campaigns(App & Desktop)• Loyalty driven campaign support through partner offers• Driving Brand Experience campaigns

Key Responsibilities:• Creation of strategically placed Alliances for sales promotions and brand building across multiple sectors like E-commerce, BFSI, FMCG, Entertainment, Leisure, Retail, Telecom etc.• Creation of new product lines.• Monitoring each campaign with corresponding CPR.• Managing the departmental activities related to vendor acquisition/retention / Reporting / Work Distribution / Target Setting.• Reduction of single partner dependency for all the product lines e.g. Dining / Beauty / Life Style / Leisure.• Supervising the day to day Client / Customer / Vendor escalations.

Department: Channel Sales(Platinum Cards)Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing the customers databases via Conferences/E mailers/Help Desks.• Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base.• Responsible for developing a strong relationship between the company and the customer.• Maintaining / Updating the CRM tool(salesforce.com).• Recognizing the potentials of a customer and accordingly chart out a deal to benefit both the customer and the organization equally.• Acting as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.• Corporate endorsement.• Cross selling and Up selling products to the existing customers database.
