BANKING AND FINANCE: SUNTRUST - REG9Reg9 team is responsible for auditing and due diligence review of Investment trust accounts under the guidelines of “Regulation 9” considering the requirement of SunTrust’s clients. - Working as an Analyst-Ops in Suntrust - Reg9 - Responsible for auditing and due diligence review of Investment trust accounts of central division - Responsible for quality check of the review done by other team members - Advising the Portfolio managers for maintaining the accounts in line with guidelines of Regulation 9 Act - Handling CIR/Adhoc request by assigning it to the team and delivering the status email within time - Responsible for creating weekly/monthly status report for the client - Providing necessary training to the newly joined team members and continuously guiding them - Responsible for updating and communicating updated requirements of client with the team - Responsible for creating monthly workflow trackers and assigning the work to the teamINITIATIVES TAKEN - - Creating trackers for Adhoc projects requested by client to keep manual work to the minimum - Continuously working beyond job description and initiate on going the extra mile - Initiate, design and implement new excel based trackers to reduce the manual error and to achieve accuracy in the process1. Status Sheet – To help see the current status of workflow & deliver it to client2. CIR Tracker – To make the daily process structured, efficient and less time taken3. Upload Tracker – To be able to upload documents received daily without any error4. Master Data – To identify the accounts which belong to same relationship and which further helps in creating workflow tracker and CIR tracker.5. Leave Tracker – To keep track of leaves taken/planned by every colleague6. Created many other trackers like Quick creation sheet, Adhoc tracker, Signed docs tracker etc. and updating these tracker as per requirement
