Additionally, responsible for managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing the account team staff and creating positive relationships with internal clients and departments.􀁸 Responsible for entire recruiting life cycle from REQ creation and recruiting strategy to direct sourcing, offer negotiation, placement and retention.􀁸 Specialty manager assigned to revitalize challenged accounts through process re-engineering, recruiting strategy and best practiceimplementation resulting in higher levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.􀁸 Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics reporting to internal and external business partners at all levels.􀁸 Manage monthly client billing and forecasting.
