Merpay is one of the Fintech entities, under Mercari (a growing c2c marketplace based in Japan and US). With the plans of growth and expansion, the important role of customer success also keeps increasing, and I will be working with the team to support the Customer Support team in every possible way so that serving our customers is easier for them.

Worked alongside SRE engineers, undertaking tasks on CPU Analysis, Health Monitoring for Jobs, and various other API services. Also worked on a full-stack project to improve false alarm suppression, as well as setting up a CI/CD for its dev deployment using terraform.
