o Achieving production targets within time and cost parameters.o Independent shift handling, that includes shift takeover from previous shift, checking availability of all material are approved by QAD., checking the production plan, manpower allocation, informing purchase dept. of the production plan and ensuring GMP on shop floor.o I am responsible for setting and continuously updating of the production plan and regulating the workflow to ensure maximum use of plant capacity and requirements at optimum cost.o Meeting the export commitment in time.o Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve preset production targets.o Improvement in yield by better control over wastage at various points.o Executing cost saving techniques, measures, and modification to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditures and work within the budget.
