I have drafted and filed multiple patent and design applications, prosecuted patent applications, handled patent oppositions and revocations, and managed the IP portfolio of several large companies and startups.I have also been involved in litigation management and dispute resolution, as well as providing patent and design strategy advice. I am a key member of BananaIP's patent and strategic engagement division, where I work with various organizations across the world on strategic patent matters. I am also the Editor and Author contributor of the IP blog, Intellepedia, one of the world's leading IP resources. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from Karnataka State Law University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from NMIMS, and a Post graduation in Intellectual Property Law from NLSIU.
