Responsibilities:•Create Letter of Credit (L.C) Incoming & Outgoing and Documentations & Prepare and submit documents for negotiation of incoming letters of credit &outgoing letter of credit ,Negotiate L/C wording with counterparties and submit L/C applications to banks for issuance & Handling Letters of credit from lodgement, acceptance and discounting.• Create Bank Guarantee.advance bank guarantee, performance guarantee,corporate guarantee and all types Bank Guarantees.and Oversee issue of Bank guarantee.& Sending Reports of expired Bank Guarantee to all Marketing Heads for collection of Original Bank Guarantees for cancellation &Sending Reports of expired Bank Guarantees to all Marketing Heads for collection of Original Bank Guarantees for cancellation.• Import Payment Documentations & arrange 15 CA,15CA from CA. • Export Payment Documentations & arrange 15 CA,15CA from CA.• Daily follow-up Bank.• Arranging CA Certificates from CA for participation in Tenders• Handling Commercial Work.• Handling Payment & collection Department.• Daily Updates All MIS Seats
