February ,2021- June ,2021TRAINEE INTERN, ITC Limited, INDIA TOBACCO DIVISION I have successfully completed a project on "DESIGN OF TAX STAMPER UNIT" at ITC Limited , Bengaluru factory, MACHINE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT in a period of 4 months.I have worked on the project on CHARACTERISATION AND COMPARISON OF ENGINE MOUNTS during my academicsComponents Used : Arduino Uno Board ; Accelerometer (MPU 6050, 6-axis) The objective of this study is to know the methods and procedure of the hardware including the software used to:1) Measure and compare the vibration levels of the Old Engine Mount and the New Engine Mount and Compare the Model Parameters of the Old Engine Mount Assembly and the New Engine Mount Assembly (Natural Frequency and Damping) using arduino.ide software.2) Measure and compare the Torsional Stiffness of the Old Engine Mount and the New Engine Mount.3) The Natural Frequency graph and Torsional Stiffness graph of the Old Engine Mount and the New Engine Mount is plotted using MESCOPE Software.October, 2021- April, 2022I worked as an assistant teacher teaching high-school students at SM RANK INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL for a period of 6 months.
