My professional and leadership qualities have allowed me to handle a team of 100 + members where my primary objective is to motivate, and groom the team to exceed objectives through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and recognition. I have been involved with the key accounts like AIIMS, Max, Fortis, Apollo etc., by establishing a professional and enthusiastic demeanor. My key role includes managing the client’s expectations, evaluating and implementing the processes, managing and coordinating with the multiple stakeholders- across the hierarchies in client organizations, across various functions and teams. I have a track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and deliveries ensuring a seamless post deal experience/activities such as client on-boarding, issue resolution, handling escalations, completing commercial agreement, legal reviews etc.
