I joined EY a consultant in October 2006 as a part of tax and regulatory team. During the course of past five years I have majorly focussed in the Real Estate, Power and Consumer Goods/ Retail sector. Key area of my work includes advisory for inbound and outbound investments in the said sectors including assistance in capital structuring/ capital mix, investment structuring, business restructuring, definitive documents review etc. I have also worked very closely with companies/ GPs in assisting them with setting up of Funds (offshore and onshore).
