• Expertise in full life cycle Business Intelligence implementations and have an understanding of all aspects of development, performance tuning, enhancements using Talend/Informatica and Oracle 11g.• Interface with other technology teams like SalesForce, Workday , Demantra to extract, transform and Load data from Wide variety of data sources like Oracle, Golden Gate, Excel, Flat file and XML• Proficient experience in Oracle database like Oracle 10,11g and PL/SQL scripting.• Experience with UNIX scripting for automation of ETL jobs.• Analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions & developing recommendations using SQL • Support Technology Solution Development and Integration across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment• Hands on experience in design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, report, analysis of dashboards etc. to drive key business decisions.• Continuously improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customer.• Self - starter with strong analytical , problem solving , and communication skills
