As a Community Operations Manager at Good Game Nation, I was responsible for building and managing a community of gamers from prestigious colleges across India. In this role, I created and implemented strategies to grow the community and ensure engagement with its members.I organized and hosted collegiate-level tournaments and created opportunities for students to participate in esports tournaments at a national level. I also worked closely with various colleges to create official GGN gaming clubs, which provided students with a platform to showcase their gaming skills and passion for esports. I leveraged my networking skills to establish partnerships with colleges and gaming organizations, which helped us to create a larger impact on the esports scene in India.Working at Good Game Nation allowed me to combine my passion for gaming with my professional skills, and it was a rewarding experience to see the community grow and flourish.
