• Act as overall technical authority for the project and Account. Solution design, participate in design discussions, and review design artifacts.• Requirement gathering, performing feasibility study and suggest or implement effective solutions and provide complete technical assistance to project stakeholders.• Handle client communication regarding requirements, design, development, implementation and maintenance• Conduct and participate in Architectural design & review sessions, code review sessions, technical brainstorming session to meet client requirements more efficiently with greater reusability.• Review the developed code and make sure it adheres to the design, standards and guidelines of the client and Virtusa.• Own DevOps responsibility, managing technical and operational risks and issues throughout the project development and Operations• Support the client on estimations and manage expectations. Manage client delight, and build a strong client relationship• Provide guidance and support to the client’s internal teams such as the UAT team, business analysts, and stakeholders• Participate in meetings related to project management (with the client) and related to technical deliveries• Deploy minor/major releases and manage onsite incidents, Conduct defect triage meetings to ensure quality of deliverables and solicit periodic client feedback for continuous improvement• Mentoring and coaching team members and competency building within the team to deliver projects successfully, and developing personal development plans for mentees by counseling and guiding.
