On-chain compliance protocol for the Defi world

Just Organik, a brand owned by Treta Agro Pvt. Ltd. is an agriculture produce oriented group with prime working area in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand. The brand is India Organic, USDA and EU Certified and is working towards making Organic food more affordable and accessible for the masses. Awarded with the "Best Organic Product Range" by ASSOCHAM, the brand currently sells across India as well as internationally.My role includes ensuring brand visibility and driving sales through diverse and innovative channels.

During my tenure, I got the opportunity to observe ethical Direct Selling practices across the globe and its adaptation in the Indian Direct Sales environment. While increasing the distributor base of the organisation, I also got the opportunity to voice my opinions as a Core Member, FDSA(Federation of Direct selling Association) for creation of regulations for the ever growing Direct Selling Industry and the need for checks and balances to ensure a fair and robust career option for the Indian population.

Ventured into Direct Sales as a novice with eBIZ. Learnt about the role of Passive Income, scope of Network Marketing and Referral selling. Built a sales network more than 150,000 Direct Sellers through Public Seminars and adapting a successful growth system.
