As a Human Resource Specialist, I am passionate about finding and attracting the best talent for various roles and industries. I have about three years of experience in HR domains, ranging from recruitment and HR business partnership to HR Operations.I recently completed a nine-month stint as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Compunnel Inc., where I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for Internal Businesses. I partnered with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, sourced and screened candidates, conducted interviews, negotiated offers, and facilitated onboarding. I also supported the internal recruitment and HR operations of the company. Prior to that, I worked at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Lead and a Corporate HR. I led a team of recruiters and HR professionals to deliver quality HR services and solutions to the organisation and the employees. I was involved in various HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and compliance. I also handled the payroll and benefits administration for the company. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at Liverpool Business School, where I am learning the strategic and analytical aspects of HR management and business administration. I have a BA degree in Psychology from Zakir Husain Delhi College, which helps me understand the behavioral and motivational factors of the candidates and the clients.
