Initiated a strategy to target start up companies, SMEs and engaged with freight forwarders to start building on with a small premium and increased the premium share by selling various other insurance products available in the retail segment. Participated in Risk Management Exercise conducted by the company and was nominated to carry out risk inspection activities for companies having sum insured up to Rs.50 Crores. Successfully completed the annual target by mid of the financial year and motivated the team to outperform their targets
