CURRENT:• Marketing & Project Management of Extra High Voltage Transforming Equipment - Power Transformer/Reactor Packages (Upto 765kV) for Domestic as well as Export Projects - Supply and Commissioning.MAIN PROJECT SUPPLY INCLUDES:• Renewables- Wind, Solar, Hybrid, Hydro - Pumped Storage Projects (PSP) Heavy Industry- Copper, Steel, Power- Thermal, T&D- Transmission Utilities.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:• End-to-End Contract Management, Modelling Project L2 Network, Customer Relationship Management from Project Kick-off, Review Meetings, up to contract closing.• Liaisoning for inspections of Imported Critical Long Lead Items.• Analyzing risks and opportunities to ensure compliance with client requirements and key deliverables. Proactively coordinating with internal cross functional teams - Sales, Technical, Finance, Operations, SCM, Logistics & Site Services.• Progress Monitoring & Reporting on Fortnightly/Monthly basis, by foreseeing Implementation of various tools - S Curve, Critical Path Analysis, Kanban. • Controlling Purchase to Pay Cycle, inline with Contractual Terms. Payment Collection Forecast & satisfactory contract closure.
