Techno functional expert for CRMOD product to understand the business process, their stakeholders and then implement / map the business requirement into CRMOD application.My roles and responsibility are 1) Perform requirement gathering while adhering to SDLC industry best practices.2) Prepare documentation to identify and realize the process and flows involved in the system.3) Project tracking documentation including justification of delay and any scope creep.4) Clarified project requirement, business needs and project objectives via feedback sessions and client meeting5) Implementing the business requirement into CRMOD via configuration that includes mapping the objects, Field set up, Page layout creation, Roles and Access profiles, Book and territory management, workflow and assignment rules, export and import of data etc6) To provide/display various business information via report configuration7) To provide post production support and constantly enhance the existing application by implementing new change requestsSpecialtiesOracle CRM On Demand, Business Analyst, CRM Consultant
