In the second half of 2022, accountable for building out customer-facing operations teams in India, e.g. graphics designers; in addition to all existing India product org responsibilities, and business ownership of the products built on the Compass Real Estate Knowledge Graph (REKG) which we incubated and have been step-function executing wholly from India since mid-2021. Find an Agent launched at the Compass REtreat 2021 conference (see linked launch video) and in ~six months became the sixth most used product on the Compass platform (even though it exists only on iOS and not on Android / web) driving ~10% agent-agent connections for referrals and ~20% of all Compass-Compass agents two-sided transactions.
