Basware’s Professional Services is responsible for implementation of the customer requirements using Basware software solutions and services. Working with Basware’s customer base to implement Basware’s suite of software solutions with a target to serve customers beyond expectations, constantly working and innovating to deliver S2P solutions.Roles & Responsibilities:• Learning data models and business processes with numerous ERP systems. Working in international projects and global deployments in a multicultural atmosphere.• Communicate with the client post-sale to develop an implementation plan for implementing and configuring a purchased solution based upon a client’s individual needs.• Collaborate with the Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule and operational plan.• Integrate solution/products with other software assets/processes at customer site.Coordinate with other Client Services, Product and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones, being able to develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc.• Manage the testing and release cycle tasks for deployment of products and services at client sites.• Provide post- implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance.• Provide software and client specific training and develop training documentation based on present standards and client needs.• Create detailed user and operational documentation to support the deployment of products and services at client sites.• Deliver technical training at customer sites as part of the customer's software release and deployment cycle.• Analyze projects to determine resource requirements and procured the necessary equipment and software.• Coordinate with client throughout the Planning, Implementation, Testing and Hypercare phase till the project is handed over to support
