I am an AWS-certified technical solutions architect with over 13 years of experience in development and entrepreneurship. I completed my Bachelor’s in Technology with Electronics and Telecommunication as my specialization from Pune’s College of Engineering. Presently, I’m working as a Tech Lead at Coditas.My professional journey began in 2007 as a Java Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions where I contributed towards a CRM development project for a banking customer. With a drive to try something new, I switched to Teleparadigm Networks Ltd. and started a wing for mobile application development. For the next three years, I was engaged in sourcing, architecting and delivering solutions to clients across the globe.In 2012, I co-founded Apheleia Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with a goal to provide simplistic solutions for mobile applications. This outsourcing venture led to many successful, long-term corporate relations across the USA, Australia, and countries in Europe. The year 2015 marked the onset of my second venture ‘Be Limitless’, a product that uses a combination of time-tracking, imagery, messages, and colors to help people avoid distractions and be more productive at work.When I joined the Coditas family in 2018, I moved beyond mobile apps and into the web front, providing full-stack solutions in React and Node. I’ve also been working extensively on bringing old products into next-generation technologies like MERN stack.While heading the Node and React team as well as the DevOps team, I’m learning and growing each day. As fundamental to my role, team-building and resource management are aspects that I actively contribute to, apart from being involved in hands-on development activities.Career aside, I love to read and sketch whenever I have time to spare. During the weekends, I go on cycling or biking sprees, something I’m really passionate about.‘Finding long-term, sustainable solutions to problems’ is the mantra I live by, from both personal and professional perspectives.
