Responsible for account management for all clients. • Qualify job order requirements, to ensure a full understanding of the nature and scope of the engagement, the desired results, and the required technical capabilities and experience the client expects.• Working closely with the Hiring managers to generate more business for the company based on the relationship with the client.Responsible for doing technical interviews, doing background checks and organization of complete hiring process.
