Started an Entrepreneurial venture, called Ranger MoveSmart (RMS), within GreyOrange which was first-of-its-kind Robotic AMR Technology to replace the traditional Conveyors in the warehouses. Launched and Scaled the business across Europe, North America and Latin America to $12mn in total revenue. My responsibilities evolved along with the phase of the product. - Conceptualisation and Business Case to secure funding from the CEO. - Build/Buy Analysis and External Partner Development.- P&L ownership.- Responsible for QBRs with the board (GO founders & global sales head) to present the product P&L, Cash flow, business growth, strategies & investment asks.- Built a 35-member team including Product Management, Software and Hardware Engineering.- Owner of Roadmap & strategy of RMS product line. Responsible for continuous applications & solutions discovery- Defined & Drove the GTM strategy of the product line - Launch, Pricing, Packaging, target geographies, industry/channel segmentation, competitive landscape, Product sweet spot, owning & defining the product pitch
