Gaurav is currently working at Samsung India Electronics in its Enterprise Business (B2B) team. He has joined as a Key Account Manager in Mumbai after completing his MBA degree from MDI Gurgaon, and MIM degree from ESCP Business School.He has previously worked in Business Development (for Mozrest Ltd., London), Digital Marketing (for Aldebaran - United Robotics Group, Paris) and Software Development (for COZEVA, Kolkata) roles before and during his MBA and has honed his understanding of the business domain and the various disciplines in business.He has worked in a multicultural environment with people from different countries and has honed his teamwork and management skills. In his various roles, he undertook a significant learning curve to be able to learn what was required from him as an employee on an individual level and also as a team member on an organizational level. He held multiple leadership positions during his graduation and was a dedicated leader and an emphatic manager. While working with teams of various sizes, he always looked to be involved with all the members as much as possible and make them equal stakeholders in the team to be able to deliver the best teamwork that was expected. These experiences were the indicators for him and he realized his inclination toward management and problem-solving.His volunteering experiences with Robin Hood Army for a social cause and ISHRAE Kolkata for an educational cause helped him realize his will to look for areas where he could actively contribute and improve the situation by offering his insights and support of any kind. He's always been appreciated for his helpful and welcoming nature.
