B2B sales and account management. The role also involved leveraging data and analytics framework on bureau to advise the clients towards optimizing customer acquisition, portfolio management, portfolio risk and maximizing revenue through cross-sell/up-sell, etc.

- Acquisition and handling of mid-market corporate clients (Turnover between INR 100 Crore to INR 500 Crore) in Delhi NCR.- Providing a range of structured financial and vanilla products including Cash Credit/Overdraft, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Buyer’s Credit, Short/Long term loans, Liability and Treasury products. - Managing a team of Relationship Managers and responsible for hiring, training and overall development of the team members from time to time.- Working in close association with other teams like Risk, Legal, Audit, Investment Banking, Product groups, branch banking, Treasury, Wealth Management, etc. - Ensure portfolio health and compliance with regulatory and sanctioned terms & conditions. - Cross selling of other bank products like Investment Banking, Bill discounting, Invoice financing, Cash Management Services (CMS), Cheque purchase limits, Dividend disbursements, Salary accounts, E-Net etc. to the clients.

• Identify and scope potential customers within SME space having lending requirements.• Prepare credit appraisal memo of customers by analyzing CMA, ratios, cash flows, bank statements and submitting the same to Risk and resolve their queries arising thereafter.• Convince customer for the sanctioned terms and facilities, negotiate for processing fees and thereby closing the deal.• Initiate valuation, legal and security documentation for the assigned limits.• Disburse limits within the ensured TAT to the customer.

• Lending to corporate clients with turnover above INR 50 Cr.• Responsible for account profitability and ensuring that delinquency is minimal by regular monitoring of the customer account.• Driving the assigned target for the location for the Commercial Banking division by generating business in both fund based and non-fund based segment.• Cross sell the transaction banking products within and outside the portfolio.

• Acquiring new assets and liabilities relationships.• Strengthening existing bank relationships of the client portfolio.• Increasing the wallet-share from the customers who are part of the portfolio through asset and liability products, thus achieving the annual revenue target.• Improve cross sell ratio for the portfolio being managed by cross sell of transaction banking products.• Ensure Proactive service is rendered to the customer through the appropriate support staff functions available within the bank.
