Hey ! I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (New Delhi) having cleared the first two levels of the exam in the first attempt and the final level with exemption in 5/8 subjects (two being self paced online modules). Apart from this, I have also completed my Bachelors of Commerce with 90% from Pune University, and am also currently pursuing my Masters in Commerce, also from Pune University.I have completed my 3 year articleship which was a part of the CA course from BSR & Co. LLP (affiliate firm of KPMG). I have worked on verification of accuracy of amounts reported of all major captions of the Financial Statements and have also worked on ensuring compliance of the financial statements with relevant Ind AS and schedule III. I have also worked on ensuring compliance of critical disclosures to the Financial Statements with relevant Ind AS such as Related Party relationships and transactions for multiple quarters on listed as well as unlisted clients. As a part of my articleship, I also got the opportunity to conduct multiple stock audits and tax audits-wherein I ensured accuracy of amounts reported in form 3CD. My job also entailed verifying appropriateness of Design, Implementation and Maintainance of Internal control systems by my client, and identifying deficiencies in internal control and suggesting process improvements.Apart from work, I enjoy travelling, reading books and learning new languages in my free time.
