• Spearhead Associate Engagement activities for the IDUs • Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries• Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes• Facilitate associate communication within the IDU• Facilitate associate development, motivation, engagement and retention along with the HR cabinet, IDU head• Facilitate recognition of associates in line with the Company’s reward program. Manage rewards & recognition with the assigned department, which includes, sourcing nominations, running a transparent winner selection process, in-time and as per budget rewards distribution within the department and maintain required data related to rewards• Handle disciplinary requirements within the IDU• Handle unit specific data and reporting requirements• Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues, and on company policies and procedures
