Hello everyone, as an HR intern at Passion Mojo Pvt. Ltd., I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. My primary responsibilities included sourcing and screening eligible candidates through different job portals, scheduling interviews, and assisting with recruitment activities. Additionally, I was tasked with maintaining Excel sheets and Word documents to organize candidate data and track the progress of hiring processes.During my internship, I learned the importance of attention to detail and organization in managing recruitment tasks efficiently. I developed skills in using different job portals effectively to identify potential candidates and learned how to screen resumes to match job requirements. Additionally, I gained experience in coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates professionally.Moreover, my internship provided valuable insights into the recruitment process and the role of HR in supporting organizational objectives. I learned the significance of effective communication and teamwork in collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Looking ahead, I am eager to further expand my knowledge and skills in HR practices and contribute effectively to the success of a well-reputed company.
