• Working on End to End IT Recruitment.• Understanding the client’s requirement - sourcing, screening and shortlisting profiles from Naukri portal that suits the requirement.• Briefing candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profiles and Career perspective.• Screening application by conducting the preliminary telephonic interview.• Scheduling the interviews by sending the interview call letter and making sure that the candidates attend the interview.• Responsible for hiring all Entry - Junior - Mid and Senior levels candidates.• Follow up until the candidate gets onboard and closures have been made.• Maintaining the Database for candidates called up, Rejected and Offered for the future requirement.• Also working on Client Management - currently handling one of the exclusive client.
