I feel lucky to have worked with many leaders who are interested in enabling their teams to be their best. We know that human beings are intrinsically motivated. When we have a voice, are able to develop our expertise in areas of our strengths and have meaningful relationships, our performance sky rockets and we thrive. I see myself as a People and Culture Evangelist, deeply invested in working alongside leaders to create powerful, fulfilling, meaningful work experiences that are aligned to organisation purpose and values. I particularly enjoy being able to use design thinking principles to bring whole systems together to leverage the diversity of the systems through open, inclusive, generative dialogue on issues that matter most. I have been able to see how these open processes boost team effectiveness and create the climate for innovative thinking in organisations. I have found that tapping into and learning about people's aspirations, values and strengths creates the foundation for teams to do great work together and thrive on change, however challenging. I enjoy working with leaders who are able to intentionally engage in considering multiple, competing perspectives of their stakeholders in order to create the environment for adaptive responses to emerge in response to demands on their performance. I bring real world experience and professional expertise to my work, using evidence based, pragmatic frameworks and tools to curate an experience for leaders that will help them unlock enduring value in their organisations. My experience is across diverse industries in large, complex, global corporate organisations and I continue to invest in building my expertise in the area of leadership and organisation development.
