Training, Placement and Recruitment • New Placement tie-ups• Organizing campus drives, and managing recruitment process.• Feedback Analyzing and sharing with training team for remediation. • Providing necessary counseling and guidance for interviews.• Placement of Candidates from PMKVY, DDU-GKY, UDAAN, in industry like Solar, BPO, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing etc.Sales and Marketing• Handling ATL/BTL activity for NIIT Yuva Jyoti Centre• Handling Internal and external Branding• Planning and Achieving the sales targets• Taking daily report and consolidation.Franchisee/Channel Partner Management & Control.• Actively involved in defining Sales and Marketing for the Channel partner’s network to meettarget.• Involved with the partner for the successful running of the Centre/Branch, making sure thatthe manpower is properly trained to ensure quality delivery.Team Management:• Developing, motivating and guiding transitioning team and individuals toward successfuloutcomes and attainment of business objectives.• Providing training to junior team members and new recruits to take up responsibilities andinculcate strong focus on compliance of policies & regulations and internal controls.• Motivating and guiding team for planning and achieving the targets.Operations & Delivery:• Control & Management of the operations of all the Centre for day to day operations• Taking care of all sales & Marketing activities.• MIS reporting to top Management on Revenue, Collection, Certification, Placement etc.
