Analyze SQL system implementations to determine the effectiveness of their processing methods and procedures. As DB Services Team Lead, [2009 – 2010], I traveled to, trained, and coordinated team resources in Manila-Philippines, Torrance-California, and Columbus-Ohio to address and resolve production issues, assign/prioritize internal DB Services team projects, develop and implement SQL Server and SQL DB Disaster Recovery strategies, and assign/prioritize corporate projects. I Provided Production Support for the high-availability business critical SQL Cluster and standalone Servers across various domains utilizing RDP, SQL Mgnt Studio, and SCOM; Maintained the complex SQL Replication legacy implementation; Installed, configured, and deployed SQL Servers requiring rapid integration; Worked with Developers to troubleshoot Development and Production SQL issues; Worked with the Business and IT to troubleshoot/tune SQL Server performance issues; and Designed and implemented ETLs and Data Warehouses for SSAS, Reporting, & TargIT.

Administer SQL Server environments. Create SQL Jobs and DTS solutions to automate daily / monthly data mining and analysis tasks. Automate notification and delivery of results to end users as flat text, excel, pdf, or crystal report files. Create ad-hoc functions and stored procs to provide customized solutions for critical business requests. Adapt existing vendor tables, views, procs, and functions to CMHA’s specific requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server performance issues including DBCC level block and deadlock analysis, query tuning, db file level management, and specific table space allocation / index management issues. Administer the Satori MailRoom Toolkit for the Emphasys Elite Software suite, its implementation, production integration, and custom solutions for targeted mailing to Residents and Vendors for billing, legal, and marketing requests.
