Gautam currently leads the Retail Consumer Segment organization at Humana and has a strong passion for driving better healthcare outcomes for consumers. Prior to his role at Humana, Gautam spent 6+ years at Fidelity Investments in various senior leadership roles spanning Strategy, Innovation and Marketing, driving record growth for the Retail business. Gautam also has 12+ years of management consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting, where he was an Associate Partner in the Strategy practice. During his time at Deloitte Consulting, Gautam co-founded an early-stage startup in the Insurance Telematics space. Gautam serves as an advisor / mentor to a broad range of startups as a part of the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund and UM6P Explorer program. He has a strong passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs. Gautam holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, MEng in Supply Chain Management from MIT and an MBA from Cornell University.
