 Heading the MoRD Poject (under DDU-GKY) for Assam. Have introduced new centers in new areas to optimize the productivity.  Development of relationship with Govt. dept. for new projects in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram,Tripura and Sikkim and in International In Bhutan. Introduced new Business partner for the project in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram,Tripura and Sikkim. Monitoring all business partners and sourcing the candidates and screening them. Coordinates with all Govt. officials and Dept. related with this project.

 Handling the entire team members of NE for Sales & Marketing purpose. Mainly involved with revenue generation for the organization through business development. Making new clients (CEPs) through continuous tour and travel as well as conducting seminar in different places of NE. Taking part into education fairs to represent the IIPM brand and counseling students in entire North East regions including Bhutan. Channelizing education consultants, colleges, coaching institutes to get maximum referrals. I am looking after Guwahati, Upper Assam, lower Assam and North-East region.

 To make corporate tie up with all leading corporate houses for placing candidates. Conducting job fare/ campus placement activity in the institute. To look after quality control specially soft skill and Business communication modules of the course. Conducting career guidance talk, mock interviews. Finding new innovative ideas for achieving the targets. Co-ordinates with trainers of all Colleges, VTIs, YDF for conducting the technical test of the students for preparing them job training program. I am looking after entire Bhutan.
