It's a turnkey project by SMS Meer having automation of Siemens S-7 PLC, ABB Drives and HMI of Intouch Wonderware.Hamriyah Steel FZC is a Russia-Emirates joint venture established by METALLOINVEST and H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. Under this project a rolling mill will be constructed in Free Economic Zone in order to supply 1M tpy rebarIndependent experts suppose Hamriyah Steel FZC project could occupy about 15% of UAE rebar market and extend export due to convenient location. Ural Steel metallurgic plant will supply billets to the mill via Free Economic Zone Hamriyah port.Project key targets:To diversify Ural Steel export markets and increase the share of value added production share within METALLOINVEST holding. Project in 'Uttam Galva Metallics Ltd' 450 Cubic Meter Blast furnace,75 Sq.Meter Sinter Plant, Coke Oven project.Dec-2004 to March-2008As an Asstt Manager- Electrical Maintenance & Project in 'Shah Alloys Ltd.', Cold Rolling Division [CRM], Completed the projects of CRM-1 & CRM-2 and CRM-3, SPM [Skin Pass Mill], HRAP[Hot Rolled annealing & pickling Line], CRAP[Cold Rolled Annealing Pickling Line],CR-Slitter, Coil Build Up Line, and also look after the automation and maintenance, breakdowns, store inventory, manpower utilization etc. of these running lines.

Electrical Project in 'Shah Alloys Ltd.', Oxygen plant, Completed the erection and commissioning of 90 TPD oxygen plant.

Electrical Maintenance & Project in 'Shah Alloys Ltd.', Hot rolling mill[HRM], and got opportunity to work in hot rolling mill project. Gained sufficient knowledge and experience of Steckel mill automation and instrumentation, DC drives, human machine interface, hot coilers and furnace, X-ray gauge, soft starter of LT motors etc. Also responsible for mill maintenance activities, inventory and breakdown controls.

Electrical Maintenance in 'Shah Alloys Ltd.', SMS[steel melting shop] & SS flat, round bar rolling division, where I was gained knowledge of slip-ring induction motor upto 1250KW, EOT crane maintenance & breakdown work, also got knowledge of project related activities.

in 'M/s. Induction Power melt Pvt. Ltd.', where I was responsible for the commissioning and servicing of induction furnaces rated upto 1500KW.
