Whether it's 6 words or 6,000, whether a blog, billboard, or book, the challenge is the same: ideas are big, canvasses are small.From video scripts to blog posts to feature articles, I've written for a range of media in various industries, but the message has been consistent. A proven ability to look at large, complex systems, pick out the stories that need to be told, choose their little voices, straighten their costumes, and push them out onto that stage. I'm well-suited to middleweight and long-form content, especially if it involves research, interviews, and a general immersion in a company's culture. Though the high-end audio industry talks a lot about the emotion of music, the stories it tells about itself are surprisingly sterile. As content manager at Upscale Audio, I'm constantly working on finding the human stories behind those "beefy power transformers" and "massive custom capacitors", spotting the non-linearities behind those perfectly linear response curves.
