I facilitated H2P (Hiring to Production) management for a UK telecom giant, overseeing cultural and technical training for new employees. Additionally, I managed the entire outbound operations for this client and played a key role in transitioning employees from the hiring phase to production, providing essential technical training for process proficiency.
