Three Pillars Capital is a Houston based real estate private equity firm. We acquire and reposition Class B & C multifamily assets. We are vertically integrated. All of our assets are managed by our in-house property management firm, Greenline Apartment Management.

I started Greenline Apartment Management with Josh in 2017 with the goal of managing our own commercial real estate assets. Greenline has an evolved organizational structure from day to day property management to back office. Greenline also performs all renovations and construction services for assets owned by Three Pillars.

Private investments in hedge funds and private equity firms.

- Responsible for researching and trading PJM FTRs, PJM Virtuals and UTCs, and MISO Virtuals- Independently developed core trading tools for MISO, PJM and SPP using Python, including data collection, analysis, pricing, credit optimization algorithms, risk assessment, and ISO submittal- Analyzed raw ISO data of individual and competitors’ awards, underfunding, and forfeitures- Developed reverse engineering processes of competitors’ bidding strategies- Significant network modeling, detailed analysis of congestion cause and effect, and automation of SCOPF and node pricing, using PowerWorld, ISO raw and historical bid data, YES Energy, and independently developed modeling tools

- Lead decision support and trading system enhancements via requirements proposals and prioritized project management;- Assisted with the development and enhancement of a highly-utilized NEPOOL transmission equipment outage monitor; - Constructed a dynamic multi-tier convergence bidding model to assist traders with trade entry and risk management;- Published daily regional and zone-level equipment outage and relevant congestion maps for power flow evaluation; - Facilitated daily trade execution and risk management discussions pertaining to energy market conditions via VOIP;- Piloted new decision support systems and services on behalf of energy traders to discover helpful market information;- Monitored and lightly participated in neighboring energy markets to PJM ISO including MISO, NYISO, and NEPOOL;
