• Led two industry collaborative projects and one NSF (National Science Foundation) ES2 project on single-phase immersion cooling focused on experimental and CFD simulations focusing from component to rack level.• Expert in using PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) for analyzing 3-D flow fields using Tomographic PIV and PLIF for temperature fields in single-phase immersion cooling.• Worked extensively on building a liquid-cooled data center (200 kW).• Developed multiple experimental setups and test plans from scratch including primary and secondary loop, calibration of thermocouples, pressure, and flow sensors.• Performed extensive CFD studies on single-phase immersion cooling focusing on natural and forced convection studies with different dielectric fluids such as synthetic hydrocarbons, natural esters and synthetic esters. • Extensively worked on optimization of air-cooled heat sinks for immersion cooling and cold plates both experimentally and CFD simulations. • Developed Python scripts to post-process the data acquired from a working server along with temperature, flow and pressure readings on the secondary loop.• Extensively worked on creating Design of Experiments for several projects, writing SOWs and proposals for grants.
