A total combined savings of Rs 15 lacs per monthswas achieved by the usage of FO burners instead of LDO burners*Scrap lead acid batteries for raw materials were cut manually and the output of battery cutting was very low. Successfully installed a5 Ton per Hr fully automatic battery breaking and separation machine thereby achieving maximized output of 80 Ton per day insteadof 20 MT per day, thereby increasing the rate of battery cutting by 4 times*Successfully achieved the production target of 48000 ton per annum of lead produced (2019-20) compared to the previous yeartarget of 36000 ton per annum (2018-19) by succesfully installing the machineries and equipments necessary for the expansion in thegiven project deadline*Successfully Installed and commissioned 15 Ton/hr capacity Automatic Lead Ingot Casting and Robotic Stacking Machine
