Extrovert and solution oriented security business executive, with over 23 years of security experience. Previous to PwC, Gaute had 18 years of experience within Accenture. He started growing and managing the Security business in Accenture Norway over several years before accelerating the Accenture Nordic Security practice x10 over 6.5 years. In October 2022 he stepped up further in Accenture to lead an exceptionally large and strong Europe Security cross-border team, consisting of key hypergrowth offerings and delivery centers. He was also leading the overall growth & strategy direction for Accenture Europe Security. He has had the responsibility as solution architect for several multi-year security sales and deliveries within Business, Infrastructure and Application outsourcing domains - typically where the establishment of a service catalogue with predictable and industrialized security services has been key.
